Deposit and Cancellation Information
YOUR CREDIT CARD WILL BE CHARGED IN FULL AT THE TIME OF BOOKING. All card transactions will be charged in NZD and Capri will appear on your card statement.
The reservation cannot be cancelled or modified free of charge. A fixed amount of NZD 50 administration charge applies to each reservation change or cancellation.
If cancelled or modified up to 3 days before date of arrival, 100 percent of the first night price of the reservation will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
At peak times e.g. Christmas/New Year/Anniversary weekend/Easter/Labour Weekend, if apartments cannot be filled due to lateness of cancellation, all accommodation is charged for.
Other cancellation conditions may apply by prior arrangement.
Prepayment: A fixed amount of NZD 50 per apartment may be charged anytime after booking. 100 percent of the first night price of the reservation may be charged anytime after booking.
If a cancellation has been made as per policy and a deposit has been paid, the deposit will be refunded less an administration fee of NZD 50. If the cancellation policy is not fulfilled, there will be no deposit refunded.
Self Serviced Apartment
Our apartments are private individually owned self serviced apartments. Each apartment has full kitchen facilities and washing machine & dryer. Daily servicing & cleaning is not provided. We only clean and change linen, towels etc after check out if your stay is less than 7 nights. If you stay more than 7 nights, we will arrange weekly or fortnightly clean and change linen, towels etc.
On arrival you will find starter provisions including tea, coffee, sugar, milk for tea, soap and toilet paper. Please bring or buy your own supplies if you stay more than one night.
It is not permitted in our apartments to cook shellfish and other odour-smelling foods, in order to avoid residual, lingering food odours that may be offensive to subsequent guests.
No smoking in our apartments including balconies.
On check out, please tie up the rubbish bags and put them into the big rubbish bin beside car park, load the last used dishes & glasses in the dishwasher and pile used towels in the bathroom.
Guests are responsible for their visitors’ behaviour and conduct while on the premises. All visitors have to leave premises by 10:00 pm.
