Capri on Pilot Bay is a complex of 2-bedroom apartments, studios, large family apartment, self serviced apartments with fully equipped kitchen and laundry facilities.

The Capri is situated in the heart of “The Mount” on the harbour and enjoys a quiet and peaceful location with both harbour and Mount views. .

The complex is within walking distance of the famous Mount Maunganui Hot Salt Water Pools, beaches, shops, restaurants and cafes.

We offer attractive rates for corporate travellers, stays of two nights and off season specials.

Amenities include Satin Jet Showers, Sky TV, gym, swimming pool, secure parking, barbecue, cot and highchair.

Terms of Trade(e.g. Deposit Policy, Cancellation Policy, Purchase Policy)

A minimum of 48 hours notice is required for reservations of one to three day duration. Failure to provide The Capri within 48 hours notice will automatically imply liability and therefore a charge of one night's accommodation at the normal nightly rate will be charged.

A minimum of 72 hours notice is required for all bookings exceeding three (3) days. Any cancellation within 72 hours will incur a minimum of one night (1) night's accommodation for each apartment booked.

At peak times e.g. Christmas/New Year/Easter/Labour Weekend, if apartments can not be filled due to lateness of cancellation, all accommodation is charged for.

If a cancellation has been made as per policy and a deposit has been paid, the deposit will be refunded less and administration fee of $50.00. If the cancellation policy is not fulfilled, there will be no deposit refunded.

Other cancellation conditions may apply by prior arrangement.
